SHERLOQ LEAD REFERRAL COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("Terms and Conditions")

By participating in the Sherloq Lead Referral Competition ("Competition"), you, as an entrant ("you", "your" or "Participants") indicate your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
By entering into this free Competition, all Participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions shall be entered into between You and Sherloq Inc. and its affiliates (together, "Sherloq"). All participation instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.
OPEN TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE AT LEAST THE AGE OF 18 AS OF THE DATE OF ENTRY.
Competition Period The Competition starts at 12am (PT) on 02/17/2025 and will run until 12am (PT) on 03/31/2025 (the "Competition Period").
How It Works (1) The referrer signs up for the competition; (2) Sherloq provides a unique referral link via email; (3) The referrer shares this link with their friends; (4) Their friends sign up for the product through Sherloq's website; (5) Only participants from the U.S., Europe, and Israel are eligible.
Each Participant shall be provided by Sherloq with a referral link ("Referral Code"), which is a unique link to Sherloq’s website where new users can sign up for the product.
"Qualified Referral" shall be deemed as such when: (a) A new user signs up for Sherloq’s product using the referrer's unique referral link within the Competition Period; (b) The new user saves at least three (3) new SQL queries in the product as defined by Sherloq; (c) The new user is not an existing user or previously engaged lead and Sherloq has no business relationship with that lead as per Sherloq’s database records, or Sherloq’s written or electronic records; (d) The new user holds one of the following titles: Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Marketing Analyst, FP&A, Operations Analyst, Software Engineer, Product Manager, Data Product Manager, Analytics Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, AI Engineer, BI Analyst, BI Developer, BI Engineer, Data Architect, Database Administrator (DBA), Data Governance Manager, Data Steward, Data Strategist, Data Consultant, Data Operations Engineer, AI Researcher, Computer Vision Engineer, NLP Engineer, Data Visualization Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Big Data Engineer, ETL Developer, DevOps Engineer (with Data/AI focus), Solutions Architect (with a Data focus), Data Infrastructure Engineer, Director of Data Science, Director of Analytics, Director of Data Engineering, Chief Data Officer (CDO), Chief Analytics Officer (CAO), VP of Data, VP of Engineering (Data Focus), VP of Product (Data Focus), or Team Lead, Head Of, VP of, or C-level executive of any of these roles. Sherloq reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a referred individual qualifies as a valid lead. (e) The referral is not earned through fraudulent, illegal, or aggressive marketing methods as determined solely at Sherloq's discretion;
Prizes
First Place (Participant with the highest number of Qualified Referrals): Two flight tickets worth up to $800 for both
Amazon Gift Card Reward
For each Qualified Referral, the referrer will receive a $10 Amazon Gift Card.
There is a maximum limit of $100 in Amazon Gift Cards per referrer.
Additional Terms & Conditions
Self-Referrals Self-referrals are strictly prohibited and will not be counted as Qualified Referrals.
Incomplete Signups A referred user must complete all the required steps to be considered a Qualified Referral. Partial sign-ups will not be counted.
Abuse & Gaming of the System Sherloq reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of creating fraudulent referrals, including but not limited to duplicate accounts, fake identities, or automated registrations.
Expiration of Amazon Gift Cards Amazon Gift Cards must be redeemed within 90 days of issuance, after which Sherloq reserves the right to void the reward.
Taxes on Prizes Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes related to the prizes they receive.
Unavailability of Flights Sherloq is not responsible for flight availability, travel restrictions, or additional costs beyond the $800 value. Winners are responsible for any cost exceeding the prize amount.
General Terms Participants acknowledge and agree that no other compensation shall be granted, except for the prizes granted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Participants waive any claims for additional compensation or reimbursement of costs.
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Competition constitutes your consent to Sherloq’s use of your name, photograph, and story for promotional purposes in perpetuity in any media, worldwide, without further payment of consideration.
Sherloq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Competition at any time and for any reason at its sole discretion. Sherloq also reserves the right to qualify and disqualify any Participant, Qualified Referral, or winner and revoke any prize.
Sherloq assumes no responsibility for technical failures, delays, or other issues beyond its control that may impact the Competition.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
